Shipping Policy

Krystal Ball ships Australia wide and orders are delivered using AusPost.

 

All our products are made to order therefore please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be completed, before delivery.  If you have an URGENT order, please get in touch and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.
 

If you have selected express delivery at checkout, please allow 1-2 days delivery, after the 3-4 week wait period.

 

All parcels require a signature upon delivery therefore if no one is home to accept the parcel it will be taken to your local post office for collection. 

 

Please note that Krystal Ball can not be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care.
