Refund Policy

Here at Krystal Ball as all of our items are custom made to your request, we are unable to accept any goods for refund or exchange.

 

Our items are securely packaged and inspected before being sent off. 

 

If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch at info@krystalball.store within 24 hours of receiving the item.   In your email, you will need to include order number, description of damage to item and photographs.  We will refuse to review a damaged item if you are not in touch by the specific time frame and you have not included all specified information as mentioned above. If your order is damaged in transit and is deemed the courier's fault, then we will offer you a replacement of the same item.
